TCM for fertility support in Winterthur Töss

This page is for couples and individuals in Winterthur and nearby who want TCM support while trying to conceive. Some come before a planned medical work-up, others in parallel with a reproductive-medicine clinic, others after a longer time without pregnancy, without anyone being able to fix the next step.

TCM Praxis Töss is not a fertility clinic. Mrs Zhang does not make a fertility diagnosis, does not run stimulation, and does not replace gynaecological or andrological assessment. If pain, a missing period, known conditions or a medical plan are in play, the physician stays in charge. TCM can sit beside that. It cannot replace it.

Jing Zhang is a TCM therapist with more than 30 years of experience in China, England and Switzerland, here since 2017, recognized by EMR and ASCA, ZSR A100263. The first appointment is a conversation about cycle, sleep, digestion, stress and what you have already had checked. A partner can come along, but does not have to.

Then comes pulse and tongue diagnosis. Acupuncture often follows in the same session if that makes sense. Herbs only after discussion, and not against an ongoing medical scheme. Tuina, cupping or moxa only if the findings support them, not as a fixed fertility ritual.

The clinic opens Wednesday and Friday, 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:30. Appointments around a specific cycle day need lead time. Call or write before you assume a tight schedule.

Trying to conceive is uncertain. Some people use TCM as support over several cycles. That does not mean a pregnancy will follow, and it does not mean a medical treatment will work better. We do not quote rates, “improved chances”, or outcomes we cannot document.

Mrs Zhang can look at daily life, sleep and complaints you already feel. She cannot promise that something will happen. If she thinks a medical service should go first, she will say so. That is the frame of a small practice in Töss, not a clinic.

Available methods are acupuncture, tuina, cupping, moxa, diagnosis and herbs. What she uses follows the conversation, not a ready-made fertility protocol. If sleep or pain is also in the room, the same sequence is described on sleep and back pain.

Please bring what you already know from your physician. Mrs Zhang does not work against an ongoing plan.
